Terms: Net 30 days upon credit approval unless otherwise specified.

Prices: Are subject to change without prior notice and the prices listed on our website on-line store are current.

Lead Time: Macken Instruments keeps most standard items in stock. We require a 1 to 2 week lead time for special ordered items such as Spectrum Analyzers, special Thermal Image Plates, Thermal Image plate re-surfacing, and power probe re-calibration.

Rush Orders: Providing the item is in stock, we will ship same day if orders are placed if received before 1:00 pm Pacific Time. For Rush orders there is a charge of $50.00.

Loss/Damage: Our merchandise is packed and shipped with great care to assure its arrival in good order. In case of damage, notify the Claims Department of the carrier delivering the merchandise. Many damages can be addressed at the time of delivery by inspecting for outside damages to the shipping container. Note these damages next to your signature. Inspect your Macken Instruments' product deliveries for concealed damages immediately upon receipt.
